President

Jason leads The Table Collective’s board with wisdom, passion, and a heart for service. With over 16 years in ministry, he brings experience in leadership, teaching, and community-building to guide the organization’s mission. Jason is deeply committed to sharing Jesus’ love and fostering hope, helping ensure The Table Collective stays true to its vision while strengthening its impact in the community.

Adam Hoagland

Vice President

As lifelong Fountain County resident, Adam brings a wealth of experience in leadership, service, and community involvement to The Table Collective. As a pharmacist and deacon at Sterling Christian Church, he combines professional expertise with a heart for ministry, supporting the board and helping guide the organization’s mission to impact the community in meaningful, Spirit-led ways.

Dona Chiaffredo

Secretary

Dona is a dedicated Special Education teacher and proud mother of three sons who brings organization, care, and a heart for service to The Table Collective. Since moving to Fountain County, she has embraced the community and walks alongside others with faith and compassion. As Secretary, Dona ensures the board’s records and operations are organized, transparent, and aligned with the organization’s mission to serve.

Colleen Carver

Treasurer

Colleen brings extensive financial expertise to The Table Collective as Financial Controller at The Fountain Trust Company. With a strong background in accounting and finance, she ensures the organization’s financial health and stewardship while supporting its mission to foster connection, healing, and growth in Fountain County.

Doug Wallace

Director of Community Outreach & Connection

Doug is a lifelong Fountain County resident, business owner, and community leader with a passion for building meaningful relationships. As Director of Connections, he focuses on uniting people, fostering partnerships, and engaging the community to strengthen The Table Collective’s impact across Fountain County.

Hannah Craft

Co-Founder + Executive Director
Hannah is the co-founder and Executive Director of The Table Collective, inspired by her father’s journey with pancreatic cancer and the incredible community support her family received. With a background in Human Development & Family Studies and a passion for advocacy, she leads the organization with a vision to create a welcoming space where everyone has a seat at the table, fostering connection, healing, and growth through faith-rooted service.

Davin Craft

Co- Founder + Financial Advisor

Davin is co-founder of The Table Collective and brings financial and operational expertise to the organization, ensuring its sustainability and growth. A graduate of Indiana State University, he combines analytical insight with a heart for mentorship and community service, working alongside his wife, Hannah, to create lasting impact in Fountain County.

The LEADS are the hands and feet of The Table Collective — the backbone of our operations and a vital foundation of our mission. These dedicated volunteers bring energy, skills, and heart to every project, ensuring our programs run smoothly and our community feels supported.

As the organization grows, the LEADS will form their own committees to expand our mission, amplifying the impact of service, connection, and faith-driven support across all that we do.

Tabitha Hoagland

Technology LEAD
Tabitha brings her expertise in technology to The Table Collective, ensuring smooth operations and supporting the development of tools that make our programs more accessible. From optimizing our website to assisting with the app, she helps create a seamless experience for the community and team alike.

Danette Davis

Supplies LEAD
Danette keeps The Table Collective running smoothly by managing supplies, coordinating operational needs, and ensuring our emergency care packages are always ready to support the community. Her dedication and attention to detail help make every program and service a success.

Chastin McTagertt

Marketing + Social Media LEAD
Chastin uses her realty background and digital expertise to keep The Table Collective visible and connected online. She manages our social media and marketing efforts, sharing our mission, faith-driven work, and community impact to help the organization grow and inspire others to get involved.

Toni Gayler

Operations LEAD
Toni, the wife of Ryan Gayler, brings her heart and dedication to The Table Collective, honoring her late husband’s legacy by helping support operational needs and stepping in wherever the mission calls. Her personal connection to the story behind The Table Collective makes her commitment to serving others deeply meaningful and inspiring.

Shelby Pineda

Fundraising LEAD
Shelby serves as the Fundraising Lead for The Table Collective, designing and leading our fundraising programs to support families in need and sustain the work within our building. She helps cultivate partnerships, mobilize supporters, and create meaningful opportunities for the community to invest in our mission.

Macie wallace

Merchandise LEAD
Macie, a business owner and nurse, manages The Table Collective’s merchandise and goodies, keeping items stocked to share our mission and support funding. She also highlights local vendors, ensuring the community can enjoy and connect through these offerings.
